How does AI close tickets automatically?

If TeamsDesk suggests a knowledge base fix on a ticket and the user confirms that the fix worked, the ticket can be resolved and closed automatically.

Is Pro available today?

Not as a full public launch yet. We are still validating the endpoint AI agent so Pro is currently treated as a private beta for teams that want to preview endpoint automation and autonomous troubleshooting.

Where is our AI knowledge base data stored?

Your support and knowledge base data stay in your Azure-backed environment, and TeamsDesk is designed for Microsoft-centric security and identity controls.
